我的梦想

今年也24岁了
老不算老，年轻不算年轻
但是发现自己还是一事无成
什么成就都没有
昨晚看了一位朋友的部落格
对方和我同岁
可是master 也读完了
还有一整群的好朋友
还有一个很好的伴侣
还到处去旅行
看，拍，写，听，感受
我想他的生活一定比我精彩上很多倍
回头看看自己
master 还没有读
才去过香港一次
本地的好多旅游胜地都没有去过
朋友才几个
知心的更是少
根本就是浪费生命
浪费自己的青春
浪费自己的人生

我知道
是时候做些改变了
人，不可以一直没有进步的
每个人都有梦
我的梦其实很简单
在我自己读的领域有一点成就
然后学会烹饪，摄影和跳舞
不需要很厉害，可是至少有不错的成绩在这些方面
这些就是我的梦
可是，我知道除了努力，梦都是要钱来实现
所以我一定要努力赚钱
然后一步一步走向自己的梦想
一个穷得连相机都买不起的家伙

As i m so free at home now, i think i should learn sth which might be useful for me in the future. I used to hate Excel, yah, used to. But now no more. i must love it. I understand that Excel is one of the important tool which i must learn for future use. So i decided to learn it from A to Z. Dun laugh but support me, frens. Hope it wont be too late for me to learn it now.

When i was learning the Chapter 1 of Excel, i read about the XML. i not really understand bout wat it saying. So i think i should learn bout HTML 1st. So by searching from net, i discovered 1 good website which teach HTML, Java Script, XML, CSS etc. for free. If we learn it by heart, i think we can create our own website. So i m going to learn it now. Hope i will able to make my own website in the future and share with u all wat i hv learned.

About this movie....
Pandorum, a science fiction film directed by Christian Alvart. The original meaning of Pandorum is actually means a psychological condition brought on by extended periods of hyper-sleep (suspended animation) and its symptoms and effects, including severe paranoia, vivid hallucinations, and homicidal tendencies. However, the movie does not really focus on this disease but the humanoid creatures.

How do these creatures came from?
This is the doubt i have after watching the movie on friday. After searching net, i found out that they are arise due to the genetic augment done to the flight crew members before they put into hyper-sleep condition. The purpose of the augment is to ensure that they can easily adapted to the condition in the new planet. However, instead of adapted to the new planet, they are adapted to the ship and turn out to be the cannibalistic monsters.

My feeling...
For me, this movie is quite nice. Even though the story is not clear while watching, but the effect by the monsters is good enough. What makes me suprise is when they discovered they are in fact in the deep blue sea but not space.

Another thing that make me thinking for whole day is about the agriculture guy. I think he is speaking thailand language? But anyway, this is not wat i wonder for. What i not understand is, why the director wan to let him die. He is so kind and save Bower life for 2 times. Somemore, he sympatize the little monster thats y din kill it, but then he being killed by this little
evil. Sigh... why...why...why...

Today i wan to share about the making of pizza

Pizza is originally come from Italy.
The meaning of Pizza is actually meant >> flat bread.
In old time this 'Pizza' is actually food of those poor,
they make the bread flatten and added some sauce on it.
Slowly some people trying to add different types of ingredients on it and turn out to become today's pizza.
With different ideas on the pizza topping, there are so much different taste of pizza in the restaurant nowadays.
Pizza Hut, Domino, US pizza...etc., so many different restaurants which set pizza as their main course.
We cant deny that its already become one of our culture, even though, its originated from Italy.

Alright, back to the point...
The making of pizza is easy. Yes, its really easy as long as u got heart to do it.
All the ingredients can be easily obtained from the market.
Ingredients needed are as follows:

A. The flatbread
1. Flour
2. Milk
3. Sugar
4. Butter
5. Yeast starter

B. The pizza topping
1.Garlic
2.Onion
3. Chicken meat (or u can change to others as ur preference)
4.Sausage
5.Tomato
6.Tomato sauce
7.Oyster sauce
8. Sugar
9. Filament Stick
------------------------------------
10.Canned pineapple
11.Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps for the flat bread:
1. Mix everything and knead it to become a dough
2. Shape to any shape u want (Square, round, love)
3. Leave it for 30 mins ++
4. Bake in oven for 15 mins 180C
Steps for the pizza topping:
1. Heat up wok, add little oil and fry garlic till fragrant.
2. Add in all ingredient from 2 to 9 by sequence.

Steps for Whole PIZZA:
1. Put the pizza topping on top of the flatbread.
2. Add some cut canned pineapple.
3. Add some shredded Cheddar cheese. (The amount depends on how cheesy u want it to be)
4. Bake in oven for 10 mins at around 150C.
5. Your homemade pizza is DONE.
